PAYMENT POLICY

• First payment: 40% of the total amount is required to secure the booking
• Second payment: The remaining 60% is due two days prior to arrival

CANCELLATION POLICY

• 100 %: Cancellations before 60 days of entry.
• 50 %: Not including service fee, cancellations 30 days prior to entry.
• No refund: Cancellations less than 30 days before the date of entry.

DAMAGES AND INCIDENTS

A deposit of € 400 will be applied to you, which will be fully refundable 15 days after entry as long as the apartment and belongings are in the same condition as on the day of entry and the rules established by the property have been met.

PROPERTY RULES

• Children of all ages are welcome.
• Pets are not allowed
• It is not allowed to celebrate events or have music outside.
• Please respect the rest of the neighbors.
• Smokers are not allowed inside the house.
• Max guests: 4 adults and a baby.
• It is forbidden to have the air conditioning when the house is empty or with windows open.
• Do not leave burning candles unsupervised.

Non-compliance with these rules may result in a deposit penalty.

CLEANING PRACTICES

• Check-in and check-out without personal contact
• Return dishes clean and take out the rubbish on departure
